My grandmother from the earliest time I can remember was psychic. It's what I was raised around. It'a differnt world for sure.

Fascinating! I truly believe that the Universe is listening and throwing us little hints all the time, connecting everything. It's not a question of whether it's actually happening or not (because it IS), it's a question of whether or not we notice it. A lot of people don't notice - they're too wrapped up in themselves or they're going too fast or they just disregard it. But it happens all the time. My grandmother also has VERY strong ESP. I know I inherited a bit of it. My husband is also very sensitive (which is ironic because he doesn't believe in the paranormal). I wrote an entry about some of the serendipitous things that have happened to him & I (http://neko-carre.diaryland.com/randomseren.html) although that is NOTHING compared to just the day-to-day stuff, like you seeing the "Gay" name tag. I get "signs" like that CONSTANTLY, every single day. Just last night I was talking to Dave and we had the t.v. on - and three times I said a word that, at the exact same moment, was said on t.v. I said "group," they said "group." I said "meal," they said "meal." I said "different," they said "different." I kept looking at Dave when that happened and said, "Oh my gosh, did you hear that? Did you hear that again? WEIRD!" I see those funny little signs and I always giggle aloud and say, "Thank you. Thank you for letting me know you're there."
