I have a friend who has the same polycystic ovarian syndrome you have mentioned before, and her doctor wants her to have a baby. He said many times going through a pregnancy will snap you out of that syndrome.

Pregnancy 17 years ago is what snapped me INTO PCOS. I never had any symptoms before. Plus... JUST. NO. WAY. IN. HELL.

I sure hope you feel better -- I started my period, first time since Father's Day -- after two pregnancy tests that were negative thank God.

I am in the midst of menopause. It really sucks. I hope this tooth is better soon.

Here, you can have some of my extra hormones. They're just laying around, not doing anything useful except making me eat more Ben & Jerry's than my daily recommended dose and weep at whatever date rape/retarded child/battered woman/baby in peril epic is on Lifetime.

I am such a dipshit that my first reaction to your dental woes was, "Well day-um, that bites." That's me all over. Telling asthmatics they take my breath away, etc, etc. Wow, I thought I was the only one to indulge in masturbation marathons to bring about a long delayed period. (That's my excuse and I'm sticking with it.) Good luck at the dentist, sweetie. ~LA
