You're right that I had not read your post before i commented, and I didn't feel hatred from you towards me. What I thought I got from your words was that you didn't see how we could ever be friends because of our diffrences. The reason I went on in the email and again in thepost was just trying to explain my side, not to persuade you, but I thought maybe you'd come to a conclusion that we could agree to disagree. I don't consider his a game either. Sure we can get together and talk without dregging up this serious stuff, we did last time (ok, alost, I did ask you a political question and I thought it went swimmingly!). Out curiosity only, I want you and those who are as upset as you about the result of the election...if, during the next 4 years, not oly do the horrible things you fear NOT happen, but our economy improves and our presence in the war subsides and terrorism is not the first word on lips, can you concede that he didn't do such a bad job? Actually, that's rhetorical, because who knows how any of us will feel in 4 years. But I think he's doomed to be condemned for the next four years no matter what good he does. Ok, that being said, I'll let you feel the way you feel, and stop invading your space with my views. I think I've said all I wanted to so that you could see my ideas, and I'd love to meet for some coffee and non-political talk when you feel better. I really hope we do that. And now I am going to resume my non-political prattle on my own site. I do send hugs your way!
