It IS sad, isn't it? I'm not sure I'd know how to respond if someone other than a person of Indian heritage answered the phone and was actually pleasant when I called Dell for tech support.

Wow! Verizon has KICK-ASS customer service too. I switched from AT&T Wireless because they sucked so bad at it. I wonder if it's something cell phone companies are evolving to in order to get more customers? ALL companies should strive for that. They used to. What happened?
